What were you doing previous to being employed by Yoh IT Support?
I was working in the same position through a different company

Tell me about the skills you already had and those you have learned on the job while working through Yoh IT Support?
I had a great deal of training and management experience already. I've added to my Oracle HR experience and my leadership experience since I've been in this position. I've received overall orientation training to date.

Do you feel that Yoh IT Support has helped your career growth? How?
Not yet, because I came into a lower level job with a pretty extensive resume, so my main goal right now isn't career advancement. I'm more interested in a challenging work environment that allows for flexibility, which I've found.

Could you describe the aspects you enjoy most about working for Yoh IT Support?
I really like the model Yoh has set up for having an on-site team manager to support employees. So many times when you're in a "contract" position, you don't know where to go with questions and concerns. My employees know they can come to me with anything and I will do what I need to to find answers. I also appreciate the accessibility of my manager when I need assistance.

How would you describe your overall experience working for Yoh IT Support?
Overall it has been positive. We were in an unusual situation in that we worked for another vendor and our contract was switched to Yoh. We experienced an intensive transition, which is to be expected, but I think we are all better off for the change.
