How did you learn about Yoh IT Support?
I responded to an ad posted in my local newspaper

How long have you been with Yoh IT Support?
I have been with Yoh IT Support for eight years.

What jobs have you performed while being employed by Yoh IT Support?
I have enjoyed a history of increased responsibility, starting out as a help desk agent, then progressing to help desk team lead, Tier 2 desk side support agent, Tier 2 desk side support team lead, and Service Delivery Manager.

What were you doing previous to being employed by Yoh IT Support?
I had no related industry work experience prior to joining Yoh IT Support. They gave me my first opportunity to use my skills and training in an actual customer environment.

Tell me about the skills you already had and those you have learned on the job while working through Yoh IT Support?
Prior to working for Yoh IT Support I had attended a computer trade school and acquired basic computer skills. With Yoh IT Support, I was able to improve my technical skills, becoming conversant in all manners of support in Windows, Lotus Notes, MS Office, general networking and database concepts, and a myriad of proprietary applications that assisted with my understanding of information technology. Upon taking the lead position of the help desk at my customer location, I quickly attained management and people skills that, until that point, had only been used peripherally.

Do you feel that Yoh IT Support has helped your career growth? How?
I came to Yoh IT Support with limited professional experience and an Associates degree in the field for which I was hired. Within a year they rewarded my performance with increased responsibility and a management opportunity. Yoh IT Support gave me the opportunity to prove myself and, since then, I have been able to follow a career path that has been beneficial to both the company and myself. Yoh IT Support was able to help point me in the right direction, not only on the job, but also with regard to what training would be beneficial in my endeavors to grow in the industry.

Could you describe the aspects you enjoy most about working for Yoh IT Support?
Yoh IT Support is very good at recognizing talent. My real enjoyment has been in the people I have been fortunate enough to work with. Co-workers are rarely as much like a family as those that Yoh IT Support has managed to put together.

How would you describe your overall experience working for Yoh IT Support?
Yoh IT Support has proven its commitment to me over the years and I have been very happy to be part of their team.
