How did you learn about Yoh IT Support?I met a Yoh IT Support Recruiter socially. He told me that he thought that I had very good customer service skills, handed me his card, and told me to call him if I ever developed a technical background. Eighteen months later, after I had done just that, I gave him a call and was offered an entry level help desk position.

Just under 5 years.

What were you doing previous to being employed by Yoh IT Support?
I was working in a small start-up company that specialized in videoconferences
Tell me about the skills you already had and those you have learned on the job while working through Yoh IT Support?
The strongest skills that I had were patience, customer service and the ability to learn. Although I had some technical background, it was not my strongest point. Through my time with Yoh IT Support, I have greatly developed my technical knowledge and leadership abilities which have helped me greatly in my role as a site supervisor of a group of Technical Support Analysts . Through the career development program at Yoh IT Support I have been able to earn my MCSE and CCNA certification, as well attend to attend training classes on subjects ranging from Oracle to Leadership Development.
Do you feel that Yoh IT Support has helped your career growth? How?Absolutely,from an entry level job on a help desk, I have been able to develop both my technical and professional skills. Yoh IT Support has allowed me to grow my career while working with the company.
Could you describe the aspects you enjoy most about working for Yoh IT Support?
I enjoy the ability to develop and grow while working most. Yoh IT Support has allowed me to develop as an IT professional. As my skill have developed, Yoh IT Support has helped me to put those skills to work by allowing me to move into roles with increasing responsibilties and challenges.
How would you describe your overall experience working for Yoh IT Support?
It has been an excellent experience overall. We all have our moments within our careers where we question certain things, Yoh IT Support has always been a supportive place to work. Any questions that I have had have always been answered fairly and accurately, and their professional development program has allowed me to reach many goals, which I have set for myself. At the same time I have held a number of great positions, all within a positive and productive work environment.
