I was employed by a major wireless communications company

Tell me about the skills you already had and those you have learned on the job while working through Yoh IT Support?
When Yoh hired me I had strong troubleshooting skills and Cisco networking and Exchange 2000 experience. While working with Yoh IT Support I have developed skills in Active Directory, printer management, scripting, project planning, and creating technical documentation

Do you feel that Yoh IT Support has helped your career growth? How?
Most definitely. I've been promoted twice since I've been with Yoh IT Support and was asked to join the SWAT Team, which is a group of leaders in the company who meet frequently to discuss challenges and successes in our roles.

Could you describe the aspects you enjoy most about working for Yoh IT Support?
What I enjoy most about Yoh IT Support is they support my career development by paying for vendor certifications and offering a tuition reimbursement program.

How would you describe your overall experience working for Yoh IT Support?
I enjoy the environment where I'm working and the people are great. Yoh IT Support hired some of the best technical people I've ever worked with. I would say "Not a bad experience at all"!
