As the outsource provider for a global satellite communications company, Yoh IT Support has the enhanced knowledge and experience necessary to provide international support. We provide this customer with desktop and network administration support for the more than 1,000 users who reside within their US headquarters location, as well as for employees located at remote offices throughout the world.

As this customer’s partner, we manage all desktop support activity, ranging from providing desk side service, building customer machines, to coordinating and delivering projects on time and within budget. Our services are directed by an experienced team of Yoh IT Support professionals operating out of the customer’s headquarters in the Washington DC area.

One of the unique features of this program is the trust that has developed between the customer’s user community and the Yoh IT Support Technical Analyst Group. Our success in this area has led to us becoming a trusted resource to provide additional personnel and services.
