When a global information technology company wanted to attain Help Desk Institute (HDI) Support Center Certification (SCC), they turned to Yoh IT Support. We supplied a consultant who was an HDI Certified Auditor to provide the customer with a baseline of where they stood versus the industry standard. The Yoh IT Support consultant developed a project plan that demonstrated how the customer could progress from their present state to one that would meet the extensive requirements outlined by HDI’s Advisory Board.Yoh IT Support worked closely with the customer, using our expertise to guide them in their “journey to excellence.” Following successful completion of the project, Yoh IT Support compiled a report describing their improved state and outlining further steps that could be taken to continue their growth as a service provider.
Yoh IT Support continued our work with the customer by assisting them with the development and distribution of employee handbooks. A system for updating and redistributing these manuals was also implemented.
