Yoh IT Support started our relationship with a global pharmaceutical giant through an arrangement with one of the world's largest technology consulting companies. Over the past 12 years, we have built a partnership with the pharmaceutical customer and provide them with talented and motivated employees to fulfill the demanding technical job requirements that are generated by the dynamic pharmaceutical industry.

The Yoh IT Support team manages members of the customer's desktop support, sales tools application support, change management and network support teams. Our team members are responsible for the technical support of approximately 8,000 local and remote client users internationally.

As a result of our continued success, Yoh IT Support has been awarded an outsource project of the customer's primary customer-facing call center. Our team provides call routing and highly detailed information to thousands of internal and external callers each day. The team's mission is to maintain our reputation for being the best in providing reliable information and accurate handling of calls for the pharmaceutical customer and its customers in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
