Yoh IT Support applied our knowledge and expertise in call centers and support to the Human Resources Information Services (HRIS) team of a leading global products and services company. Our team is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and deletion of employee accounts throughout the organization.Prior to engagement, some members of the customer’s staff were already Yoh employees. Through a seamless transition, we converted the remaining staff and incorporated them into our professional development program, which has improved their understanding of the business processes.
Once the team was in place, Yoh IT Support determined and streamlined processes, and built a program to determine standards against which the team would be measured. We then monitored the team’s progress and set service level goals. The goals are aggressive (98% accuracy), however, they are exceeded regularly by Yoh IT Support’s team members.
Yoh IT Support is working with the customer to consolidate the tools in their environment. This will enable us to improve efficiency and provide increased reporting capability, while allowing us to further increase response times by increasing knowledge to all areas of support.
