Yoh Achieves 1000 Workdays Without a Lost Time Incident

PHILADELPHIA, September 17, 2002 – Illustrating a commitment to achieving the highest level of safety performance in the staffing industry, Yoh Group today announced that it has achieved 1000 workdays without a lost time incident on September 6, 2002.

Steven Young, Yoh's National Safety Director, said, "Safety is our number one corporate value. It is our goal to develop a safety culture where each employee takes ownership of safety at home, at work and on the road. A philosophy that prevention is better than cure means each employee's personal objective is to be aware of safety policies and procedures and continuously work to create a safe environment."

"This most recent safety milestone is a great achievement for the company and is a reflection of how employee safety is an integral part of Yoh's culture. Awareness training and careful management of incidents or near misses comprises a key part of our strategy," said Lawrence Suwak, President of Yoh Group.

With several thousand employees assigned to customer locations on a daily basis, Yoh is a leading multinational technology staffing company. Employees work on both long- and short-term assignments, primarily in the information technology, scientific, engineering, aviation and telecommunications environments.

Key to its successful safety record is an emphasis on training and prevention. In 2002, Yoh affirmed its commitment to safety by appointing a National Director of Safety and developing the I Care program. The I Care program is used to promote Yoh's safety and injury prevention policies through training, education and awareness.
